Foxtoberfest presented by LMR, is the original and largest all-fox event. Entering its 14th year, the show has grown to over 800 Foxes and we’re gunning for 1,000 in 2025. The show schedule (coming soon) is diverse and engaging! We’ve got a track day, the Bash at the Brewery hosted by Five0 Asylum, several open houses, a poker run, a rockin’ Block Party Friday night complete with a burnout competition by Cobra Sam, and a car show that will blow you away! If you are a Fox fan this is the place for you to be. Come join the vibrant Fox community in person, you’ll be glad you did.

FAQs

Truck/Trailer Parking?

Truck and Trailer parking is available on the Charlotte Motor Speedway campus. There will be 24hr security Thursday-Sunday. For pricing and daily options, please see Registration for more information.

Can I pay at the gate?

Yes, tickets are available at the gate on the day of the show.

If I pre-registered do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, the only thing you need to bring is the window sticker that will be mailed to you about a month before the show.

What if my Fox isn't good enough for the show, but I still want to bring it?

EVERY FOX IS SHOW-WORTHY! Our show welcomes Foxes in any condition and you can park in any section on the showfield, even VIP! We even have a trophy for "Best Patina" and we have a section called "Work in Progress" if you prefer it. All non-registered cars will be parked in spectator parking, but we hate to see Foxes over there. Come be a part of the show!

Is there a fee for spectators?

Yes, it's $10 per person. You can pre-purchase Spectator Tickets here.

Will food be available?

Yes, food is available for purchase from several food trucks.

Can I bring a Mustang to Foxtoberfest that's not a Fox-Body?

Yes, you are welcome to bring other year Mustangs, but you will be parked in spectator parking. Only Fox-Bodies will be allowed on the show field.

Can I bring a non-Mustang Fox to Foxtoberfest?

Yes, any registered car that sits on a 78-93 Fox chassis will be allowed in the show. In fact, we even have a trophy category for non-Mustang Foxes and a special section where you can park with others. Click here to check it out!

Can I bring a Fox-Body with an LS motor to Foxtoberfest?

Yes, any registered car that sits on a 78-93 Fox chassis will be allowed in the show.

How do I get an event t-shirt?

Event t-shirts will be sold at the show.

What's the refund policy?

The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given. VIP Tickets will be responsible for shipping of their Chair or Jacket if they miss the show.

Is the event family friendly?

Yes and children 12 and under are free.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, well mannered dogs are welcome at the show. Please keep them on a leash and clean up after then.

Will there be a Swap Meet?

Yes! Foxtoberfest will feature an All-Fox swap on both Friday and Saturday! If you have a pile of Fox parts this is an awesome opportunity to get them in front of tons of Fox fans, so clean out your garages and get to selling!
